But the good news us, for that group, you can always inspire yourself from street fashion and celebrity styles. All you have got to do is understand a look  in its most basic form. Combine a well-fitted colored pants ( preferably high waist or medium waist) with a tank tucked in. Accessorize with flats, a printed scarf and printed canvas tote.

Off-white separates work great together. Pair a sheer shirt and denim with ran and gold accessories for a chic summer outfit. Don't forget to wear your aviators.

The opposite of the above outfit, a black on black outfit is great if summers are not very hot in your geographic area. Pair with a thick metal gold belt.

Knotted shirts are back with all their boho appeal. But to twist things a bit, knot a denim shirt with a pastel maxi skirt. Keep accessories to the minimum - bag and a long necklace should suffice.

High-waist white pants with a denim crop shirt buttoned up and a reflective pair of sunnies is all you need to be uber cool. 

Keep this look as monochromatic as possible, printed shorts with a shirt and blazer (sleeves pushed up). If you notice the shirt is printed too, but only slightly so. Keep that in mind.

Micro Trend : Water Prints

Move over the galaxy prints of last seasons to give another print in the blue center stage. Welcome the water print. With designers like Charlotte Ronson, Michael Kors and Proenza Schouler all vouching for the calm and refreshing prints, it has to mean something right. We feel, this will surely and quickly trickle down and reach more fashionistas. The color and concept is universally flattering and if you have a chance to get your hands on one of these (even if slightly close) do give it a shot.

We are imaging a water print blouse with white shorts as the ultimate cool in this season, or a water print sun dress (Oh the irony!) paired minimally with Greek sandals. How would you wear the trend?

Latest Accessory : Knee High Gladiators

This one is rather a come-back, but in fashion isn't everything is? It is circle of fashion. But if you haven't noticed yet the big news is, Knee High Gladiators are in vogue again. They were a hit on the spring-runways, later among the edgy and bold celebrities, and it is permeating to the street too. But perhaps only the creamy layer on the street yet. But it can surely trickle down further.

But before it becomes a fairly common sight, why don't you trend-setters get yourself a pair? A piece of advice though, these would visually cut your legs in half, and hence make you look shorter. But if you are blessed with good height.. this one is for you. But there is a way around it. Either wear something like Alexander Wang's minimal gladiator interpretation. Wear them not in a high-contrasting black, instead choose a tan color closer to your skin tone. Or finish below the calf, and make sure you pair it with super-short shorts.

Call it double denim or denim on denim, the trend has been sticking around for a few seasons now. It is safe to say that this season too it is accepted as uber cool and pulling it off is simple but now everyone has the nerve. Rihanna was recently spotted shopping at Beverly Hills sporting a torn skirt and Denim shirt. True rockstar. Well that is what this look is all about really.

Heiress gives you 7 tips to be a double denim rockstar yourself. How much do you love it?

1. Torn Denim Skirt with a tucked in denim shirt. Pair brooches, a leather cap and nude heels along.
2. Embellished denim pants with a cut-paste denim shirt could toss you up, right on trend. Take a cue from Leandra Medine as the cut-paste denim is considered hot this season.
3. Torn skinny jeans in a light hue paired with a darker denim shirt and a pair of sunglasses are model-off-duty chic. Skip the heels and love the le smoking slippers.

5. The colors don't always have to contrast. Pair a chambray shirt and shorts in the same color. Finish with a black blazer on shoulders, a black belt and shoes to match. Applicable only if it is not that hot yet in your part of the world.
